Company History

2001 – Founded in Southfield, Michigan; initial engagement supporting the GM GMT900 program
2005–2006 – Expanded customer base within global automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers; strengthened sourcing and program management capabilities
2007 – Manufacturing plant established in Rochester Hills, Michigan, supporting HVAC sub-assembly programs for a major automotive OEM
2008–2010 – Expanded production programs supporting multiple vehicle platforms for OEM and Tier 1 customers; enhanced operational and quality systems
2012 – Headquarters relocated to Troy, Michigan
